About Us
Penn Acres is a dream come true for Randy and Cheryl Penn of Riverton, Kansas. After the boys had all left for college, we were left with nothing to do except sit and stare at one another. In 2005 we purchased a nice 20 acre farm and started looking for just the right farming enterprise. Meat goats seemed to fit our needs. We now have 40 acres, 70 some does, 2 bucks, 50+ kids, 5 Irish Dexter cows (a new enterprise), four rather large Great Pyrenese dogs, and a barn cat.
